Q:  How Do You Decide On The Offer Price?
A:  We base our offer price on several factors. The most important ones being the location of the property, the current condition of the property, and the amount of repairs needed to the property. Q:  Are There Any Fees Or Costs?

Q:  How Does The Process Work?

Q:  Is A “We Buy Houses” Company A Good Fit For Me?
A: The truth is it depends. It depends on what your needs are. Most people that we buy houses from are not desperate and they are not facing foreclosure. Most of our clients choose us because they don’t want to deal with the hassles of a traditional sale, their property needs repairs or updating, or they need to sell on a certain timeline. Q:  How Long Does The Process Take?
A: It’s completely up to you! We can buy your house in as little as 7 days and sometimes even faster when needed. Many of our clients want more time to either move out of the property or get some belonging from the property and that is perfectly fine with us. If you need a 14 day close, 30 day close, or you are relocating in 3 months and you want to make sure you can close on the day you leave, just let us know and we will do everything we can to meet your timeline.

Q:  How Do I Get The Cash For My House?
A: Depending on whether you choose to close at the title company or have a mobile closing our buyers typically get paid by a wire transfer from the title company or with a certified check from the title company.

Title Company – If you close at the title company, you will schedule an appointment, sign your closing paperwork, and once the title company has varified the paperwork and that they have received our funds, you can have the money wired directly to your bank account or you can choose to receive a check.

Close At Your Location – We are happy to offer a mobile closing if this is helpful to our clients. We will schedule a mobile notary to meet you wherever you would like to complete your closing paperwork. After signing your closing paperwork the mobile notary will overnight the documents to the title company. Once they have verified the documents they will wire the money to your bank account or they can send a check directly to you.

Q:  What If I Don’t Want To Sell Fast?
A: That’s fine with us! We have been buying houses for years and we will still be buying them in 30 days, 90 days, or 2 years from now if you want. We know that many of our competitors will try to force you to sell right now and that they can’t write for a closing that is a few months away, but we just don’t agree with that.

We encourage you to choose a closing timeline that works for you. We have the experience and resources to be able to buy your house in 7 days or 70 days, whichever is best for you.

Q:  My House Needs A Lot Of Work, Is That OK?
A: Yes, absolutely! We buy houses in any condition and you would be amazed at some of the properties that we have bought! No matter how much or how little repairs your property may need, we will buy any house in any condition.

Q:  What Do I Have To Fix Before I Move Out?
A: Nothing. You don’t even have to sweep the floor. When we say “Sell Your House As-Is”, we mean it! Take what you want and leave the rest to us. We want to make it as easy for you as possible so take what you need and we will handle all the repairs and all the cleaning.

Q:  How Are You Different From A Real Estate Agent?
A: Real estate agents don’t actually buy the house from you. They advertise the properties for sale and hope that someone will buy them. The average time to sell a property in many markets right now is 6-12 months, and then take a percentage of the sale price if they find a buyer. Most times, the agent’s commission is 6% of the sale price of your house (so if it’s a $100,000 house, you’ll pay $6,000 in commissions to an agent) and you will have additional closing costs on top of that.
