And a lot of times people ask us how quickly can we buy their property… But, we also have folks who would like to sell their property to us, but they don’t want to close really fast. They may need 20, 30, 60 days, or six months even.
That’s okay! We are happy to help you have your home sold and then close on your timeline. Not all investors are happy to do that. We will do everything we can to accommodate you. All you have to do is just let us know when you would like to sell.
If it’s six months, we’ll schedule it out to that timeframe. If it’s six days, we’ll do everything we can to get it done in that certain amount of time. So don’t think just because you don’t want to sell in a hurry that you can’t make the choice to sell to an investor.
