Hi, it’s Nick with Sell My San Antonio House. And is a, we buy houses company, right for you? It depends on you, your house and your situation. Who are we right for a lot of times? A lot of times, we buy inherited properties, property that hasn’t been updated in a while and they’re looking for just a smooth cash sale for the property. We’re able to help a lot of those folks out. Old rental properties, do it all the time. Ones that still have tenants in them, that may or may not be a problem, but there are still tenants in place, we help out a lot of those folks. People that need a guaranteed closing date, like, “Hey, I need to be out this day. I need this house sold. I need to know what’s going to happen right here,” happens quite often.
We are also pretty fast…so there are different situations where people are like, “Hey, I need it now. I need it right now, right now.” We can jump in and help them, even though that’s actually not usually the case, but we are able to do it.
Who are we not right for? Not always, but if you called me up and you said, “Man, Nick, I just put this and that and upgraded this and that. And I just put in $25,000 worth of stuff and I want to sell it at the absolute top of the market. And that’s what I got to do.” Yeah, no, we’re probably not the right fit for you. There might be a better way to go. So should everybody call a, we buy houses company? Absolutely not. But think about your situation. Think about what’s most important to you.
